Our Beeswax Wraps
Our beeswax wraps are natural and eco-friendly. They are made from 100% cotton fabric, beeswax and a small amount of organic olive oil to give the wraps a little pliability.
The beeswax used in all of our products is sustainably sourced from Cornwall. Our family-beekeeper, Steve, cares for a range of different hives on a farm in the countryside. Steve keeps bees to help maintain biodiversity in Cornwall, and support the ecosystem. The wax we use is a byproduct from the hives.

What Are Beeswax Wraps?
Our Re-usable Beeswax Wraps are made from a piece of 100% cotton fabric and is impregnated with food-grade beeswax which makes the fabric water resistant. Beeswax has antibacterial properties, helping keep things clean, whilst reducing risks of contamination.
Our wraps are perfect for wrapping or covering various foods, keeping it fresh whilst being a perfect replacement for single use cling film. Beeswax Wraps will allow your food to breath. You can use them to wrap or cover cheese, fruit, vegetables, bread, cakes, and more. They are also great for wrapping sandwiches too. You can even use them to wrap your soap bar when you go away to prevent it from sticking to other toiletries. However, we do not recommended to use them with raw meat or fish due to not being able to wash them at a high temperature.
How To Use Your Beeswax Wraps
You can wrap foods directly in the beeswax wrap or you can use the wrap to cover a container with food in. The best way to ensure you create a good seal when covering your food is to use the warmth of your hands to mold the wrap around your item.
Cleaning & Storing
Wash your hands after use in cool water with a natural dish soap - you can find our soaps here. Air dry, roll or fold to store and keep out of direct sunlight and away from any heat source to prevent the wraps melting.
How To Refresh Your Wraps
After a while, your wraps may become less ‘sticky’ or look a little tired. But do not discard them, it’s easy to revive them with our replenish bars.
Place your wrap in the oven on some baking parchment for a couple of minutes on the lowest temperature. You can also iron between parchment to re-melt the wax. Either way, once the wax has melted wave the wraps around a little to dry, they will dry very quickly. If the wax is looking a bit sparse, you can also grate wax onto them before heating from your replenish bars.
